This has been, for several years, indeed an essential add-on for Windows 10 and above. It often provides very important support for features in Windows, long before NVDA itself is able to support those features directly.

Credit to Joseph, for his tireless effort of awareness about what is, has been, and is coming, in Windows versions; and his dedication to supporting the critical apps and changes which Microsoft introduces.

The best thing I can say about this add-on is: if you're using NVDA, you should be using this add-on. It is the absolute first thing I install on any Windows with NVDA installation for me or one of my customers.

While I don't use this add-on myself, I aknowledge @josephsl expertise on Windows and its development, and sometimes, when I read comments about Windows, I inmediately know that Joseph is its author seing the precission of their words. I reviewed the code of this add-on before leaving my hooray reaction here, and I trust Joseph as one of the best experts on Windows of NVDA community.
