@NSoiffer, I'll try tomorrow again. I'm not sure what's happening and if this is related to this particular add-on.

@seanbudd , for any unknown reason, this add-on isn't downloaded. Ive tested in my fork of the store with the same comment by the bot in windows-latest.
Testing with ubuntu-latest in the sendJsonFile workflow, a message regarding bad format of the URL is posted by the bot

curl: (3) URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL
Error with downloading add-on from download URL

However, @NSoiffer has confirmed that he can download the add-on with curl in his machine.
