How to run all targeted tests

In the summary window you can drill down to focus on a subset of tests which is awesome. However I'd like a way to run all of the targeted tests. If I highlight the targeted node like in the image below and hit r I was hoping it'd run all the tests within the target.

If I clear the target and focus on the directory I'd targeted I can hit r to run all the tests in the directory.

Question how do I run all the targeted tests?
