France showing as -99 for ISO_A2 and ISO_A3 #695

In https://github.com/nvkelso/natural-earth-vector/blob/master/geojson/ne_10m_admin_0_countries.geojson, France is returning ISO_A2 and ISO_A3 of "-99" when it should instead be "FR" and "FRA".

Explanation: #268 (comment). As an alternative, you could consider using the ISO_A2_EH and ISO_A3_EH fields.
