Srt to vtt conversion stops where ' is detected #12

While converting Srt to vtt . if sub title has apostrophe in the text " ' " conversion stops at that point without any error

This test file contains lots of apostrophes and it works correctly with that file. Can you provide an example file that causes the issue and tell me what operating system you're using?
