It would be nice if you could put certain words in bold or an alternate color in captions. This could be done with Markdown-like syntax in the editor. Rendering and measuring the text fluidly would take some work.

Proposal: Add a highlightColor option to themes, which would highlight behind the text. Use * * to mark text for highlighting.
