Allow Quepid Case Links to be Unfurled

We often paste Quepid Case links (with a try) into other tools, and it would be nice to have a unfurl....

Describe the solution you'd like
When you paste in a link with just a case id, or, a case and a try, then you show the case name, and the score. If the user clicks the link, then the normal login process happens.

This should work nicely in Slack!

Additional context
Yes, maybe someone could go through all the cases in Quepid and get the case names...? And the score? Does that matter? If someone cares, we could always make it configurable.
