Tool call being shown twice in chat view. #854

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Create an agent with any tool - Google Search in my case.
  2. Chat with the agent relating to the tool.

Notice that tool call being shown twice in chat view.

This is also seen with other tool calls like knowledge tool.

This issue is not seen anymore when testing with latest build.
