Task description and Origin link should be more distinguishable

Expected Behavior

When doing:

```tasks
```

you'd see a list of tasks, their description, and which note they originated from.
I'd expect the link to the origin to start at the (.

Current Behavior

Instead of the link starting at (, it starts on the space before (. If my description is a link, it looks like one continuous link, which is kinda bothersome visually.

Steps to Reproduce

Context (Environment)

• Obsidian version: 0.12.3
• Tasks version: 1.1.0
• I have tried it with all other plugins disabled and the error still occurs

Possible Solution

Not prepending the link with a space is a good start. ;)

But I'm thinking, maybe also allow a small string in the config for users who would want a bit more distinction, like a dash or a > or whatever between the description and the origin link? So that you could get, for example, one of those following lines:

Just a random thought.

What does moving it to the discussions section actually mean? Since a discussion can also be done at the issue tracker? Just genuinely asking.

But the immediate workaround (for now) would be just to remove that little space and replace that for a normal space. I guess then we can discuss afterwards about how to do further implementions as I mentioned above? :)

The difference is in how I handle it in my mental modal and how others get to interact with it.

In the list of issues I keep bugs and core improvements that I want soonish. This keeps the issue list small when I have a little time to do a small fix on the plugin, for example. When I have more time, I sit down and check the discussions. Discussions can turn into issues. For example if it is something I think is very important.

In this specific case, it is not that big of a deal, as the request is rather small. Others are bigger or less well thought through. For example, I created #158. That would help us in the short term. Yet the discussion stays open. For example to discuss potential options to add characters in between the task description and the link.

And it is more explicit how voting on discussion topics works as opposed to issue reactions.

I was thinking how some users might want to go the emoji route and place a house emoji in there (as in the 'home' of the task). It would be in line with the rest of the design of this plugin since there are other emojis used as well (calendar, pencil). :) Just a random brainstorm.

Good idea. I was considering massively shorting the displayed tasks by having only the emojis (see #108). There, an emoji would be needed anyways 🤔 But does it “look” good?
