show checkboxes in numbered list as tasks

Let me start by thanking for making this plugin. It's a great help.

Howerver, most lists I make are numbered . Sometimes I like to create checkboxes for items in such lists so that I when I am done with it I can check it off. It would be nice to have a page which consolidates such items from numbered lists and shows them as tasks to be done.

This is a limitation of how checklist items in markdown and therefore obsidian work. Tasks only supports checklist items at the moment. It would be relatively difficult to support numbered lists, as they are not by default "checkable".
