Document templates are read-only documents that are updated, if a new save state is created. They contain a set of data fields and groups from a participant. A user should be able to create templates and add specific fields and groups to the template and change the order of the fields and groups. Those templates should exist on a participant or project level. If a documentation event, document, data field or groups is missing, then the value should either not be displayed or set to null.

A user should also be able to set a document as 'default', meaning that the document will be opened, if the user opens the participant in the editor.
