Tab completion would cause wrong line offset through ssh

Describe the bug

Hi, I’m using a Mac and SSH into a Linux Docker container with almost default oh-my-zsh settings. I’ve noticed that after using tab completion and deleting the result, I can’t move the cursor back to the starting position. At first I encountered this issue in VSCode's terminal and assumed it might be a bug in VSCode (See the behavior in VSCode microsoft/vscode#236550). However, I later observed the same behavior using Mac's default terminal.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install omz on the remote machine
2. ssh into the remote machine
3. Type something, then use Tab completion
