When using a more recent froide version (instead of older commit from July a78a4054f9f37b0a5109a6d8cfbbda742f86a8ca ), froide-govplan fails to run

RuntimeError: Model class froide.account.models.UserTag doesn't declare an explicit app_label and isn't in an application in INSTALLED_APPS.

after adding froide.account to INSTALLED_APPS it even requires more apps and further configuration in froide-govplans settings.py :/
