After creating a project in a directory with a German Umlaut (ä,ö,ü,ß) Koala throws an error:

Errno::ENOENT: No such file or directory - C:\Users\julmot\PathToMyAppWith�Umlauts\css\app.scss
  Use --trace for backtrace.

in addition: Koala doesn't work when user account name contains umlauts like "C:\Users\Ingenieurbüro" :(
