Can't edit project settings in Mac OS X - koala-config.json not found #469

I've just installed Koala, and was able to create a project by dropping in a folder (although I was not sure if I was supposed to be using the folder containing the entire site, or just the CSS folder - I opted for the latter, but if that's not right, please let me know).

However, when I tried to edit the project settings, I got an error message saying "koala-config.json not found, please create it first." There was no mention of this file in the installation instructions in the wiki. Where am I supposed to create it, and what goes in it? Or was it supposed to have been created automatically during the installation and just wasn't for some reason?
