I'm not sure how to Package

We used to use npm run package, but it's no longer available ::: Any advise as npm run build does minify but this is not "called" on production? ::: Obviously I'm missing something :::

Good I got this sorted, seems was a file rights issue ::: eg. app.css is now loading into header ::: I must say I preferred the npm package method as this created a nice tidy file I could upload to production server :::
