A Raphael.js plugin that fits Raphael text elements to certain width, simulating
the text-overflow: ellipsis;
CSS declaration.
fitText can be applied to any non-removed Raphael text element. Non-text elements (i.e. path) will be ignored.
Accepts the following parameters:
width
- optional width in pixels (defaults to paper width)text
- optional text to set

Fit existing text to width
paper.text(150, 50, 'Hello world!').fitText(30);
Fit existing text to paper width (since version 0.2.0)
paper.text(150, 50, 'Hello world!').fitText();
Update an existing text and fit to width
paper.text(150, 80, 'Hello world!').fitText(40, 'Hello worrrrrlllldddd!');
The fitText method is chainable

width
argument is now optional. Defaults to paper width.
