Calendar is off by 1 day

I'm trying the new dev branch and calender picks date off by -1.

Default state:

Just clicked 23rd.

After I click on 23rd it selects the 22nd and marks the 21st and 23rd.

Same behavior if lang is set to "en".

My UTC time is -3 and I'm using Google Chrome version 131.0.6778.265 (oficial version) (arm64) - pt-BR.

Is there any change I should do to use it?
