Currently, the CountPropertyValues and CountItemsPropertyValues dataset types filter values by type="literal" when generating the dataset. This omits all values from all other literal-like values, like customvocab:1 or valuesuggestall:dc:terms. Instead of filtering by type, we should probably filter more generally, e.g. value IS NOT NULL and value != "".
