<p>The Gump Research Station on the Island of Moorea, French Polynesia, regularly hosts classes and conferences. The Research Building is the primary venue for meetings; the Meeting room is climate controlled and can hold 30 to 40 in lecture-style layout. GSC-Moorea expects to receive 40 attendees including sponsors, speakers, local scientists, and GSC board members, many of which are directors and world leaders in their respective technology area. </p>
<div class="text-info">The <a href="http://www.criobe.pf/sites/moorea/" target=_blank>CRIOBE</a></div>
<p>The Center for Insular Research and Observatory of the Environment (CRIOBE) is one of France’s preeminent laboratories for the study of coral reef ecosystems. It is a research laboratory with more than 70 staff, including academic professors, research scientists and administrative and technical personnel from three of France’s premiere research institutions - École Pratique des Hautes Études (EPHE), the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the University of Perpignan Via Domitia (UPVD) – that together form the CRIOBE USR 3278 research unit. The CRIOBE falls under the prestigious umbrella of the PSL (Paris Sciences & Letters) Research University.

<p>The station has several bungalows including hillside, waterfront as well as dormitory style capable of housing up to 15 people in shared accommodations. World class hotels are a short distance away for those who wish to stay off campus, choose from overwater bungalows or standard hotel rooms. </p>
