feat(host): Final preimage hint routes

Overview

The kona-host program is currently not feature complete, with a few remaining hint routes to implement in the Fetcher here.

To get the client program fully functional, we'll need the rest of these hint routes implemented. This may involve some upstream changes to alloy-rpc-types, or a local implementation of the Network trait which allows retrieving typed OP receipts, transactions, etc.
