Describe the solution you'd like @bogdandrutu hello, I conducted benchmark tests on gzip, zstd, snappy, and lz4 compression algorithms, and found that lz4 is better than gzip under different loads, and is not much different from snappy and zstd.

I think otlphttpexporter can add lz4 compression algorithm to give users more choices.
