after running the most recent distiller v034 - few bugs were discovered in pairtools stats

Symptoms:

  • last open-ended bin of dist_freq is wrong in a per-sample stats:

  • stats for grouped/merged samples have wrong dist_freq output - e.g. zeros start too soo ...
