Create a UI for a given file

Whether dealing with a CellML file, a SED-ML file, or a COMBINE archive, we always end up dealing with a SED-ML file. This issue is therefore to have the UI created based on the contents of the SED-ML file.

This will initially be limited to the kind of SED-ML files supported by our legacy OpenCOR. The UI will therefore include:

• Simulation information;
• Solver(s) information;
• Graphs; and
• Model parameters.
