Context

See #88

Acceptance Criteria

First, complete #88.

Then, let some amount of time go by. Six months, maybe?

Finally, delete the implementations of and documentation for bindmount and --volume.

This command has always been clunky. It is now removed in favour of the
`-m/--mount` option.
