Data from previous seasons of the Italian Serie B is missing, where can I find it?

you find (more) Itialian Serie B seasons here https://github.com/openfootball/italy filed year-by-year (season-by-season) e.g. https://github.com/openfootball/italy/blob/master/2020-21/2-serieb.txt and so on.

thanks for the support, do they exist in json format like the other leagues?

if the (older) Italian Serie B seasons do NOT exist yet in json format than you can use the fbtxt2json command-line tool to generate the json dataset(s). I sure (try to) add more over time.
