Make all functionality available from a keyboard.

Current Situation

✅ : Keyboard

There is no functionality which requires specific timings for individual keystrokes. All functionality is designed to be operable through a keyboard interface.

❌ No Keyboard Trap

This audit identified a few bugs where once keyboard focus was moved to some components they could not be dismissed by the keyboard. These were found when testing with a screenreader and braille keyboard (#4194) and affect the navigation menu and popups.

✅ Character Key Shortcuts

There are no custom keyboard shortcuts.
