"I used https://github.com/juulsA/exportJson to export an Allegro file to a JSON file, and then used InteractiveHtmlBom for conversion, but an error occurred. I don't understand what went wrong."

Did you get this fixed? It looks like some geometry in the json file is invalid, likely an arc that is 0 degrees.
