Similar to this, including chromium/chrome/edge/electron:

2024-02-06 20:05:40 INFO [764:0206/200539.604:ERROR:network_change_notifier_win.cc(228)] WSALookupServiceBegin failed with: 0
[764:0206/200540.910:ERROR:platform_font_skia.cc(344)] Could not find any font: Segoe UI, sans. Falling back to the default
[764:0206/200540.910:ERROR:crashpad_client_win.cc(808)] not connected
error Command failed with exit code 127.

And we are using exactly windows 2019.

Need debugging.
