[FEATURE] Support configurable timeout

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The current timeout seems to be not configurable, the default might not be enough if the dashboard is large.

✖ Downloading report failed. TimeoutError: waiting for Page.printToPDF failed: timeout 30000ms exceeded

Timeout should be configurable
