Enhancement - Membership Information page should be refreshed automatically when an instance is added/deleted to/from a network which is a Security Group member

Expected Behavior

Membership Information page should be refreshed automatically when an instance is added/deleted to/from a network which is a Security Group member

Actual Behavior

Membership Information page is not refreshed automatically when an instance is added/deleted to/from a network which is a Security Group member. We need to exit the page and re-open to see the new VM added/deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an SG with a network as SGM
Open the Membership Information page on OSC
From Openstack, launch an instance on the above network
A new sync job is triggered and the new VM information should be updated on the Membership Information page. However the information is not automatically updated.
We need to close the Membership information page and re-open it to see the newly added VM info - its port Id, IP and MAC.

The above should also be handled for deletes.
