Mirror OpenShift git repo on Github

The idea is to link the two repos together so that changes in one are reflected in the other.

I've started the process here. It doesn't fully work, but it's a start. There's also a file on the OpenShift server that is supposed to do a cronjob git pull from the referenced GitHub repo, but it doesn't seem to be work. It might help if I can find the cron logs on the server.

The OpenShift server now updates from here every minute through a cronjob.
