Integrate smbkrb5pwd into repositories for Debian/Redhat etc.

Hello,

this is a great addon for Openldap/MIT Kerberos, but why isn't it in the repositories of Debian or at least part of upstream OpenLDAP like smbk5pwd? No everyone runs Heimdal Kerberos and MIT Kerberos is more actively developed anyways (1.5.2 from 2012 vs. 1.14.2 from April 2016). This would make integration much easier than it is now.
