Describe the bug

After installing 24.7.9 and restoring a configuration backup from 24.7.4, I find that the Google Drive autobackup function in System/Configuration/Backups has ceased functioning as I see no new backups being written to my Google Drive folder when I make configuration changes.

On investigating the feature, I see that all the previous settings are in place, however the "P12 key" only shows "Choose File | No file chosen" as if my p12 key from Google Drive has not been uploaded. If I attempt to re-upload my p12 key, when I click the "Setup/Test Google Drive" button at the bottom of the form, it displays the following error message:

The following input errors were detected:
* Invalid P12 key, openssl_pkcs12_read() failed
* Saved settings, but remote backup failed.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to System/Configuration/Backups
  2. Configure Google Drive autobackup feature
  3. Restore config backup to 24.7.9
  4. See that Google Drive autobackup feature is now missing p12 key and errors on attempt to reupload p12 key

Expected behavior

Successfully restore functional Google Drive autobackup feature when config backup is restored to 24.7.9, and/or allow successful reupload of p12 key.

Will provide whatever logs or other evidence is needed to investigate further.

Noting in case of being possibly related, my system exhibits another certificate/key related error after restoring a 24.7.4 configuration backup to a new 24.7.9 install: #8205
