Cant manage to get it working

Hello, i just started using paraglide with sveltekit, so far its awesome, great DX.
But can manage to get the Sherlock extension working. Cant see any inline anotations, every command throws an error notification like this one

Error running command sherlock.openSettingsView: command 'sherlock.openSettingsView' not found. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes sherlock.openSettingsView.
Also nothing in the Sherlock panel view loads.

Any insights on how to get this working will be very much apreciated

now somehow it does work... but i still dont see the inline hints
