To check how they look styled, and catch errors in HTML and SVG.

We should do this with a local regtest node:

Spin up bitcoind -regtest
Create a new wallet
Generate coins to the wallet
Inscribe
Start up a server
Print the server URL
Shut everything down when the user hits ctrl-c
