transmit: it is possible to subscribe to multiple channels with one request?

currently I play again with the transmit package to check if I can replace socket.io in my case.
When the client wants to subscribe to a channel it is a post request with parameters. It is possible to make only one post request to subscribe multiple channels?

i try to explain the use-case with my broken english:

The application is a kind of monitoring. On the serverside there a many channels, to user can listen to. On login the client get an object with the channels he must/can subscribe.

If the backend have a problem (network lost etc.) the tansmit client try to reconnect. If successful, the client subscribe to the allowed channels.

This is normaly not a problem, but the app should handle 25000 User in the future. An if each user have 3 channels subscribed, than we have 75000 post requests on the server on restart.
