Please share the contents of your Code for IBM i output channel after the list doesn't appear. That may help us find the hang up. |

Liam, Thanks for the quick response! I don't have anything showing in my output channel when I attempt this. |

Liam, Are you saying that the CCSID for the connection should be 65535? I just want to make sure I understand. |

Liam, Just wanting to make sure I understand.....I should change the source file CCSID from "*FILE" to "65535"? I've tried with both CCSIDs and I have the same problem. |

There's no place other than the source file CCSID in the connection settings to change this, correct? In my setup if I change it from *FILE to 65535 then even ones that I have that have a CCSID of 37 don't work. I must be missing something here. |

Hello all. I seem to be having an issue with opening source code inside certain filters in VS Code for IBM i. Some of them seem to work fine and some don't. I've checked the authority to the source file itself and that looks fine. I can even open the filter and see the members inside. For one source physical file I can open a member, for another one I just get a continuous progress bar across the top of the window. Authority to both source physical files, the one I can see source code inside of and the one I can't, is the same. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling VS Code and I get the same issue. Anyone run across this?
