Please, I would like a manual review of my documents. I have applied more than 15 times but I keep getting different errors. This time around, they are complaining about a mismatch in billing first and last name and the name in my document but they appear exactly the same way. I know I am doing the thing right because we verified my friend exactly the same way I am verifying and it went through without any issue. I think there is an issue with the automated verification system
