Is showing account has been suspended.

I am in my final year of college and my github account is very important for me. Please help me to get it back. I have not performed any thing malicious yet i donot know why it got banned

I have raised a ticket regarding this.
I am very much tensed about this situtation since all my proof of work is on github and if account is gone i will be in very big issue.
I have to my best knowledge complied with github terms if i had done some violation github should have sent a warning then i coulc have solved it.
