I've been getting this error for quite a while now and I've tried reaching out to GitHub Support for assistance, but they never responded. I tried 2 more times but they still didn't respond.

If they're disabled, where do I go to enable them? This error shows up on all of my projects.

I'm afraid Support is the only way to get help there, the message indicates Actions was disabled on the GitHub side, not somewhere you can change. Obviously I can't say why in your case, but from what I've seen in the community things like trying to run RDP servers in Actions runners seems to be a "common" reason. 😅

Same thing is happening to me....
About 1 Year ago I saw a YT video about RDP and one guy said we can get from Github Actions and yeah, I followed his tutorial and led me to this....
I have been waiting for a year and they never respond...
It's like they don't even give a last chance!
They just straight up do this.
I'm very sad because this is my main account with my old work and I can't leave this...
Please Github, if you are reading this, please give a last chance for everyone because we all do mistakes sometimes.
