SceneryStack Show'n'Tell: Holistic Numerical Methods Sim Walkthrough

This time for SceneryStack Show'n'Tell, we bring a host of simulations created by Autar Kaw, under the umbrella of Holistic Numerical Methods simulations. They were embedded as part of his course in Numerical Methods.

While the source code is not available, Autar did create a wonderful resource in the HNM Documentation, which walks through the creation of one of the simulations and answers common questions about creating a simulation. HOWEVER, note that some of the information is out of date, and we have since moved to TypeScript, which requires extra steps (for good reason!) to build a simulation. See the Simulation Development Overview as a cross-reference for the up-to-date procedures.
