In Symfony 3 we can not use boolean as argument and need to use the UrlGeneratorInterface when generating absolute URL.

While testing user creation flow I discovered that the registration URL send in mail wasn't absolute.
In Symfony 3 we can not use boolean as argument and need to use the UrlGeneratorInterface when generating absolute URL.
