Docker-based development and hosting setup

I'm opening an issue here to announce some work we've been doing over in https://github.com/kkos2

We're not 100% there yet, but thought it would make sense to spread the word in case others where considering doing something along the same lines.

The organisation serves two purposes
1: It hosts the docker-based development setup we're using for an installation of OS2display
2: It hosts the kubernetes manifests we use for hosting the test and production environments.

The development setup is fully functional. The kubernetes setup is functional, but is still being worked on, in particular we're considering packaging the entire solution up into a Helm chart in which case it will probably be separated from the development setup.

I'll try to remember to keep this issue updated when we've made some relevant progress, but should anyone have any questions - feel free to comment here or contact me directly.
