Can we change the position of the sensor slot on USV? Or change its orientation by keeping the position same?

You will not be able to change the position of the sensor slot but you can specify it's orientation, see https://github.com/osrf/mbzirc/wiki/UAV-and-USV-Payload-Configurations
