Microsoft Ultimate Frank Lloyd Wright crashes when clicking on a topic in the library section after going back to the main menu and then going to the library section again

Describe the bug
Going into the library section in the upper left corner the first time after launching Ultimate Frank Llyod wright now no longer crashes when clicking or searching for a topic, but the music that immediately plays can briefly screech sound when clicking on a topic with no crash. However, when going back to the main menu and then going back to the library again, any time I click on a topic or search for a topic, the program crashes.

The program runs fine in NTVDM in either Windows XP 32-bit or Windows 10 32-bit with no crashing.
