Bun installed succesfully but can't initialize projects

Hi,
I've installed bun with this command on windows "powershell -c "irm bun.sh/install.ps1 | iex"" (with or without administrator mode).
I've tried initialize a project & it throws me:

I've searched if anyone at the same problem but didn't found anyone.
Here's my specs if that help
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6200 @ 2.13GHz 2.13 GHz
Mémoire RAM installée 4.00 Go (3.68 Go utilisable)
I don't know what more i can provide.
