The incorrect API Token issue has been fixed in this commit.

The filename compliancy issue was due to the pypi github action being run on an older version of Python and, henceforth, older versions of build tools. The python and pypi github action versions have been upgraded in #85 and this issue has been resolved as of v19.0.1.
