The proxy now uses caching, see: services/proxy/pkg/config/config.go:
PROXY_OIDC_USERINFO_CACHE_TYPE

... Supported values are: 'memory', 'ocmem', 'etcd', 'redis', 'redis-sentinel', 'nats-js', 'noop'

Note as prerequisite we also need to update the proxy README.md in the ocis repo.
