File drop folder structure

Our users would like to receive files from customers, so the file drop links are created. The customer drops the folder, assuming that its structure will be maintained, but we just receive unstructured files in incoming folder. This is well-known behaviour and we've an option to make public links allowing contribution, but we do not want customers to be able to download uploaded files / see any other files, which other people may have uploaded to the same file drop.
